Attached are new genuine CA Exempt license plates. Issued yesterday (5-15-2013) from the California Costa Mesa DMV. Total cost $0, expires December 2099.

This man went in complaining that he keeps getting harassed as he is a “not for hire”, not a US citizen, as he traveled as a right.

Possibly this is an “exemption” only from registration, true independence from the Department of Motor Vehicles would be a complete “not included”.
Exemption means that they chose to not include you, actually when if “not for hire” then you are independent by right, not by privilege.

More info will soon be posted on this process being used by his many friends across the nation.

Reg.

Click on the above, you will see that the “state” requires liability insurance on the Mercedes.   Travel by right requires no regulation and that means no requirement for Liability insurance, all you need to understand is that you are liable under common law.

So if one is subject to any State of Nebraska written law then one is subject to all unless having a granted exempted privilege   Looks like this is only an exemption as to plating the car yearly.

I opt for full right, no state plate, no state registration, no liability insurance, no duty except that the Lord lays on me to love one another.

I personally believe that re-registering the vehicle out of the “state” system (jurisdiction) is the key, I am doing it now, stay tuned, I’ll post it when done.

I wrote my own Affidavit of Allodium, notarized it, filed it with CA DMV, created my own allodial plate, and requested that my drivers license be withdrawn. So far, only Parking Enforcement is giving me tickets. They are really REALLY braindead.

I have a friend that does similar, he even walks up to cops and dares them to give him a ticket. He even says that they can follow him speeding, but they refuse.

      • Viki says:

What state is your friend in?

In re my allodial plate, I stupidly parked in a “street cleaning” area one day and it was towed. I got it back for free from the tow yard who said I was one of those “Constitution people”. LOL. I sued in the District Federal Court here in Los Angeles. They refused to hear it. So I went to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals San Francisco. They say it is “frivolous”. Last week I sent a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court about all this. Waiting to see the response. You can email me if you have any questions.

Hey I actually “drive” commercial big rigs, But I “travel” to and from work. My question is, If I file and Affidavit of Allodium, will the DMV withdrawn my drivers license which I need for work without my consent?

The license only acts when used. Use includes owner of land, activity, and type person doing the act.
Going to work is not regulated, just make sure you do not present a license during such stop for that is notice of a regulated activity.
Pay counsel time for more specifics if need be.
Just remember that they can mess with you if you do not know what you are doing.
I’m getting a declaratory statement from the Governor of the State as to ‘right to travel’ in his jurisdiction.

  3. Robert says:

Can one file their own Affidavit of Allodium and file with CA DMV if you are still making payments on your vehicle?

    • admin says:

If you are paying for it you do not own it yet, but one could still file such for it is notice that the “state” lacks interest, and that is valuable to a small degree.

    I agree, change made.
